Mark Kanow is an associate in BCLP’s Business and Commercial Disputes and Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation involving securities, antitrust, environmental litigation and enforcement defense, and intellectual property disputes. He also provides pro bono representation to individuals seeking asylum in the United States. Before joining BCLP, he clerked for judges on the Ninth Circuit and Central District of California.
