Matthew Johnson is Counsel in the Corporate and Finance Transactions Department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He advises technology and life sciences companies and investors on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance, and strategic alliances. He also advises on securities law, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters. Previously, he practiced in the Silicon Valley office of another major international law firm, and earlier served as Senior Counsel (M&A and Corporate Governance) at Monsanto Company, where he was lead counsel to its venture capital group.
