Marcia Levitan-Haffar is an associate in the Business and Commercial Disputes practice group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She handles disputes in areas including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, putative class actions, personal injury, intellectual property, civil rights, the First Amendment, and wills and trusts. Her clients include manufacturing companies, retail companies, banks, franchisors, and indigent individuals needing pro bono assistance. Prior to joining BCLP in 2023, she clerked for the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and externed for both the Honorable Judge Michael E. Hegarty and the Honorable Gilbert M. Román. She was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Casenote and Comment Editor for the Colorado Law Review.
