She represents developers, private investors, institutional investors, and foreign companies in acquiring, financing, leasing, developing, or redeveloping a broad range of asset types including retail, office, medical, industrial, senior living, and hospitality. Holly considers the entire lifecycle of development when evaluating projects, and is fluent in potential obstacles for purchasers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and buyers.
