Focused on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology transactions, Goli counsels a diverse array of companies from startups to Fortune 100 companies in both local and global markets. She works closely with clients on data privacy and security compliance programs and advises on all aspects of local and international data privacy and security laws, including CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, COPPA, and CAN-SPAM. She also advises on data retention, privacy by design, data inventories, cross-border transfer agreements, privacy impact assessments, and negotiating third-party agreements such as digital marketing, software licensing, and SaaS. She is a founding member of the firm’s AI working group with specialized training in AI governance and advises clients on emerging laws impacting AI solutions.
