Dylan Mason is an associate in the corporate and financial transactions group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the Charlotte office. He focuses on health care transactions, healthcare regulatory compliance, and data privacy matters, advising clients on healthcare private equity transactions, physician employment agreements, telehealth, the corporate practice of medicine, and federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws. He also works on federal and state privacy matters, including compliance with HIPAA's Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules. Prior to joining BCLP, he worked at a large international firm focusing on private equity transactions in the healthcare industry and served in house counsel for multiple healthcare companies.
