Pedro Martinez-Fraga is a Partner and Global Co-Leader of the International Arbitration Practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. He specializes in investor-State arbitration, international commercial arbitration, and transnational litigation. He serves on the Panel of Conciliators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (World Bank) and on the Advisory Council of the American Law Institute’s Restatement of U.S. Law on International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the American Society of International Law and serves on the Awards Review Committee of the Madrid International Arbitration Center.
