Grace Martinez is an Associate in the Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She guides clients through all stages of litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes involving breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, trademark and copyright infringement, and matters involving non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, arbitration agreements, and employment contracts. Her clients range from multinational corporations to middle-market companies, small businesses, and nonprofits. She also provides pro bono assistance. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen R. Bough and the Honorable Willie J. Epps, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
