Tom McNeill is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate Transactions department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. He concentrates on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, international and business law. He counsels public companies on governance issues, structures and finances M&A for public and private companies, handles inbound and outbound international transactions, and advises on supply chain logistics, site selection, and distribution.
