Megan Meyers focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and corporate finance. She represents private and public companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions across industries including consumer goods, creative services, financial services, and manufacturing. She drafts and negotiates commercial agreements such as license, merchandising, manufacturing, services, supplier, joint venture, and confidentiality agreements. She also advises on executive compensation, including employment agreements, incentive plans, change-in-control agreements, and severance programs. She has acted as outside general counsel for clients. She successfully completed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination.
