Jason Meyer is a Partner in the Litigation and Investigations practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. He has substantial experience in patent and trademark litigation, trade secrets, and employee non-compete matters, representing commercial clients in federal and state lawsuits. His patent work covers technologies such as GPS devices, e-banking, security systems, pet care products, and HVAC equipment. He has guided cases through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal, and assisted clients with alternative dispute resolution. Jason also handles pro bono matters, including intellectual property and contract disputes for nonprofits and individuals, and served as lead counsel in a prisoner civil rights trial. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Catherine D. Perry, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
