Vikas Patel is an associate in the M&A & Corporate Finance group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions for public, private, and private equity-backed companies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
