Robert Pedersen is Senior Counsel in the Corporate and Finance Transactions department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He focuses on corporate trust and is the Global Leader of the firm's Corporate Trust Team. Bob represents banks in the U.S. and London in a wide range of secured and unsecured debt transactions, including investment grade and high-yield bonds, structured finance, municipal finance, project finance, sovereign debt, and collateral agencies, among others. His experience also includes consent solicitations, exchange offers, tender offers, debt restructurings, bankruptcies, insolvency proceedings, and corporate trust litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he was a partner at a Wall Street law firm for over 25 years, practicing corporate and securities law, representing clients on corporate, corporate finance, securities, and general business matters, and extensively representing an electric and gas utility in financial transactions, securities issuances, disaggregation, and corporate governance matters, as well as drafting model power plant construction contracts.
