Eliot Robinson concentrates his practice in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, general securities law and related subject areas. He counsels boards of directors and special board committees in connection with significant corporate transactions and fiduciary issues. He has experience with acquisitions, dispositions and corporate governance and as an advisor to boards of directors regarding takeover defenses. His practice includes public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, as well as ongoing compliance issues under the federal securities laws. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including health care, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts (REITs), manufacturing and telecommunications.
