Suzanne Rodekohr has over 24 years of experience advising clients on transactional and business tax issues, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, and related tax matters. She regularly advises on series LLC tax and corporate law issues, internal restructurings, and complex joint venture arrangements, as well as general corporate issues such as entity choice, LLC agreements, and deferred compensation. She also has experience in bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related tax issues, and she was a judicial clerk for the Hon. John C. Minahan, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Court District of Nebraska. She is a member of the national steering committee for BCLP’s women lawyers’ affinity group, BCLP Women.
