He has experience in wrongful foreclosure, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, state unfair/deceptive acts statutes, and other consumer lending regulations. He also handles fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, RICO, unfair competition, government investigations, and enforcement proceedings. Prior to joining Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, he handled similar matters and has worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
