Meredith Silliman is an associate in the Tax, Employee Benefits and Private Client department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Her practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation, advising public and private companies, non-profit organizations, churches, and governmental entities. She assists clients with designing, implementing, maintaining, and terminating employee benefit plans, including ERISA-covered plans; negotiating executive compensation programs and agreements; conducting due diligence on employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions; and advising on administrative issues before the IRS, PBGC, and DOL. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation (2024) and serves as Vice Chair of the Wingate University Alumni Board, with past board membership at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas.
