Steve Sparks is a Senior Counsel in the Finance Transactions department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, focusing on public finance, including general obligation bonds, lease purchase financings, tax anticipation notes, tax increment financing, conduit revenue and private activity bonds. He has experience as bond counsel and representing underwriters, issuers, trustees, developers, lenders, and purchasers of municipal bonds.
