Courtney Stout is an Associate in the Litigation and Investigations practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. As a litigator, she handles business and commercial disputes, employment matters, and complex class actions involving consumer product liability, wage and hour litigation, and antitrust claims. Courtney has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining the firm, she completed a federal clerkship with Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the Western District of Missouri and worked at a boutique law firm in Kansas City. She is an active member of state and local bar associations and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (Kansas and Missouri, 2021–2022) and received an Up and Coming Award from Missouri Lawyers Media in 2021.
