Gregory Worthy concentrates his practice on finance, corporate trust, and general corporate law. He has significant experience in state and local government representation before Metro-Atlanta governmental bodies, including the City of Atlanta and Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. He has been involved in a national public finance practice, handling various bond financings such as general obligation, revenue bond, industrial development bond, and exempt facility bond financings for municipalities, local governments, and multifamily housing. He also represents corporate trustees in public bond financings and governmental or quasi-governmental bodies on economic development, housing, and other authority matters. He has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and special counsel in fixed rate and variable rate transactions, and regularly advises financial institutions acting as indenture trustees on corporate and municipal deals.
