Richard Young is a Partner in the Litigation and Investigations group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. He has broad experience in commercial litigation disputes, with notable representations including construction disputes for the owner of the Staples Center and ARCO, not-for-profit organizations such as Young Life and the YMCA of the Rockies before the Colorado Supreme Court, and natural gas producers in take-or-pay litigation. Since the mid-1980s, his practice has increasingly focused on working with sport organizations, including the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, NCAA, and various professional leagues. He served as Chair of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
