Emily Yu is an Associate in the Litigation and Investigations group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. She is a member of the Commercial and Business Disputes Group and handles litigation and regulatory issues across sectors including intellectual property, class actions, and FinTech. Emily joined BCLP as an associate in 2022 after completing two summer associateships with the firm. Prior to law school, she worked in the entertainment industry in roles involving influencer marketing regulation, contract administration, and review for movie production and distribution. During law school, she served as an executive editor for the University of California, Irvine Law Review, a board member of the UCI Moot Court Competition, and participated in pro bono causes.
