Lisa Taliadoros has more than 20 years’ experience acting in contentious IP matters across various industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, animal health, consumer goods, building, mining, and IT. She is recognized for work in multijurisdictional patent disputes (biologics, CRISPR, BRCA-1, small molecule treatments) and landmark High Court cases on patentability. She is partner in charge of the Melbourne office, leads the Australian IP Practice, and chairs the IP sub-committee of the Business Law Council of Australia.
