Vanessa Foncke is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Jones Day in Belgium. She has extensive experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration, serving as counsel and arbitrator. She is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, its Task Force on AI in Dispute Resolution, and the board of administration of CEPANI. Her experience spans disputes in construction, corporate (post-M&A), contractual, regulatory, distribution, telecommunications, energy, and real estate.
