Jean-Pierre Harb has been practicing for more than 25 years in international arbitration and construction disputes. He acts as counsel and arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICDR, SAC, CRCICA, LAMC, SCC, DIAC, WIPO, PCA). He has handled approximately one hundred international arbitration cases involving EPC contracts, oil and gas, mining, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and distribution and service agreements. He also represents investors and state entities in investor-state disputes before ICSID or in ad hoc proceedings. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
