Jean-Gabriel Griboul has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on French and cross-border M&A/PE transactions, as well as on a variety of other corporate matters, including JVs, strategic investments and equity capital market transactions. He represents listed and unlisted companies, entrepreneurs and managers, as well as private equity and corporate investors, with a focus on Tech, Life Sciences and Energy. He has acted as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late-stage financings (venture & growth capital; buy-out; secondary), stock or asset M&A transactions, initial public offerings, rights issues, private placements and tender offers.
