Has handled approximately one hundred international arbitration cases involving EPC contracts, oil and gas, mining, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and distribution and service agreements. Experience also covers infrastructure projects, telecom, aviation, commodities, pharma, and hotel management. Has represented investors and state entities in investor-state disputes before ICSID or in ad hoc proceedings. Member of ICC Institute, ICCA, and other arbitration institutions.
