Advises fund managers on legal, tax and regulatory aspects of fund formation and fundraising, including carried-interest schemes. Works on VC, PE, infrastructure, mezzanine, debt, and real estate funds. Assists clients in obtaining licenses from the French AMF to act as regulated fund managers or investment advisors. Represents limited partners in fund investments. Active on secondary deals (GP lead or LP lead).
