Mike Jansen has more than 30 years of experience in public and private M&A transactions and corporate advisory work. His clients include multinationals and large and mid-size (domestic) corporations, amongst others in the (renewable) energy industry. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2016, he worked for 21 years at a global law firm, serving as its managing partner and chairman of the Amsterdam board for five of those years. He also served as member of the international non-executive board of the firm.
