Ben Witherall has more than 15 years of experience advising on private equity, venture capital, M&A, and investment funds transactions. He advises clients located throughout Asia, including Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and China, as well as U.S. and European clients on their Asia transactions. He advises public and private companies, private equity funds, investors, and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate transactions including international and domestic mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and joint ventures. He also regularly advises fund sponsors and investors in the establishment of private equity and real estate funds and the portfolio investments undertaken by such funds.
