Kasper van Haaren assists clients with the full range of labor and employment law. He is involved in high-profile pension litigation matters at the intersection of employment and pension law. He advises employers on collective dismissals, dismissal of c-suite and senior managers, changing and implementing employment conditions (including pension and equity/incentive plans), litigating non-compete matters, and handling employment and pension aspects of M&A (including works council and trade union matters). His work typically has an international angle. He regularly publishes on employment and pension law matters in academic law journals and is a permanent contributor to the Dutch Employment Case Law Journal (JAR). He is a member of the Association of Dutch Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and the Dutch Association for Pension Law (VPR).
