Jason Chen's practice focuses on commercial law, intellectual property, and arbitration. With almost a decade as a Taipei District Court judge, he has significant experience in civil and criminal trials and enforcement. He was the first intellectual property professional judge certified by the Judicial Yuan. Since 2004, he has led Jones Day Taipei's litigation team. Since January 1, 2017, he has served as the Partner-in-Charge of the Taipei Office.
