Mike Austin has more than 14 years of experience representing clients on complex real estate and infrastructure transactions, including joint ventures, retail and commercial leases, sale-leasebacks, management agreements and acquisitions and dispositions, across a variety of asset classes, including retail, hospitality, industrial, office and multifamily. He also has significant experience in representing real estate private equity clients in the United States and Europe in private fund formations and in co-investments. Additionally, as part of his infrastructure work, he has assisted clients involved in developing public-private partnerships with states and municipalities for the operation of major infrastructure assets in the U.S., such as tollways, utility systems and parking systems.
