Andrea Jeffries is an IP-focused trial lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience. She leads patent and trade secret matters across technologies including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductors, and wireless communications. She has represented major pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation, competitor patent infringement litigation, and trade secret cases, and has also handled complex matters for technology companies and universities. Andrea has written and spoken on IP topics such as cross-border trade secret litigation and patent damages, and has been active in the Sedona Conference (chair/chair emeritus of Patent Damages & Remedies Working Group and vice chair/vice chair emeritus of Patent Litigation Best Practices Working Group since 2015). She has served on the Executive Committee of the USC IPI since 2016 and is recognized among the top IP and technology lawyers in California.
