Routinely assists clients before federal agencies (FCC, NOAA, NTIA, OSTP, Departments of State and Commerce, Team Telecom), state regulatory agencies, and international bodies (ITU). Practice includes licensing and leasing of radio frequencies, coordination of spectrum sharing agreements, resolution of interference disputes, securing carriage and transmission capacity, and assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, bankruptcy, and litigation.
