He represents companies in complex international arbitrations arising out of infrastructure and energy projects, international investments, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical licensing and distribution agreements, defense and technology disputes, and compliance issues. He has twenty years’ experience in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, SCC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL Rules.
