Has represented clients in commercial and investment arbitrations worldwide, with a focus on Asia. Experienced as counsel and as an arbitrator in over 30 arbitrations under HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, AIAC, KIAC and ad hoc rules. Has expertise in energy, mining, joint venture/shareholder, investor-State, and Asia-Africa disputes. Serves as Singapore representative on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, Vice-Chair of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, and Member of the Investment Arbitration Committee of the International Bar Association.
