Sam Muir

Sam Muir is a senior project development (PPP) and construction lawyer based in King & Spalding LLP's Abu Dhabi office. He advises sponsors, lenders, developers, and procurers on large-scale infrastructure projects across the MENA region, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia. His experience covers social and hard infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, rail, shipping, solar and wind farms, green ammonia and hydrogen production, district cooling, and data centres, throughout the full project lifecycle. He is familiar with contract forms such as PPA, PPP, BOT, BOOT, EPC, DBO, D&B, and O&M contracts.
