Andy Bayman is a trial lawyer at King & Spalding. He represents pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, retailers, automotive manufacturers, and other major companies in complex product liability, toxic tort, and other tort cases. He has tried over 20 cases, including novel matters such as the first pharmaceutical products liability lawsuit under the theory of 'Innovator Liability.'
