He helps companies and trade associations navigate legal, political and regulatory issues associated with doing business in Europe and the United States. He has strong, bipartisan relationships with Members of Congress, State Attorneys General, congressional staff and senior government officials. He specializes in financial services, fintech, and emerging technology policy, with a proven track record of influencing federal legislation, regulatory frameworks, and agency rulemaking. He co-chairs the firm’s State Attorneys General practice and regularly interfaces with financial regulators.
