Jim Boswell is a Partner and co-head of the national Healthcare Team at King & Spalding. His practice focuses on litigation and investigations for healthcare industry clients, as well as regulatory and compliance matters and managed care agreement negotiations. He has particular expertise in managed care litigation on behalf of providers and has served as counsel in False Claims Act lawsuits. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association Board of Directors and past Chair of the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
