Todd Holleman is a Partner and co-leader of the Finance and Restructuring Practice at King & Spalding in New York. He advises clients on private capital deployment across the capital structure, including senior debt, control equity, acquisition financing, growth/preferred equity, subordinated/mezzanine debt, fund liquidity solutions, and rescue financings. He represents private debt funds, private equity funds, and portfolio companies in leveraged finance, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. He has extensive experience representing creditors and investors in restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and special situations investments, and advises boards and companies on transformative debt raises and capital structures.
