Daniel Kahan is a partner in the Corporate Practice at King & Spalding and co-leads the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group and Fintech Group. His practice focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs, debt and equity offerings, digital asset transactions, and corporate governance matters.
