Madison Kitchens specializes in defending product manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive, consumer goods, and energy industries against class action and mass tort claims. He maintains an active appellate practice, having authored briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, and state supreme courts.
