Matthew D. McGill is a partner at King & Spalding in the United States, recognized as a leader in arbitral award and judgment enforcement and an accomplished appellate advocate. He handles civil litigation appeals in the Supreme Court of the United States and federal courts of appeals nationwide. Over 20+ years, he has argued five cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and participated in many more, including high-profile matters involving foreign sovereigns. He previously served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice and clerked for the Hon. Joseph M. McLaughlin on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. John G. Roberts, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
