Katie Weiss is a partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice group at King & Spalding in New York. Her practice focuses on securitization, capital markets, and structured private credit. She represents financial institutions, lenders, underwriters, sponsors, and borrowers in securitization and structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on digital infrastructure (fiber, wireless towers, data centers, distributed antenna systems) and whole business securitizations.
