Stephen P. Vaughn is a Partner in the International Trade Team at King & Spalding, focusing on international trade litigation and policy. He served as General Counsel for the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) for over two years, including two months as acting U.S. Trade Representative in early 2017. He also taught as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
