Mike Stenglein specializes in resolving complex business disputes, principally in the construction and private equity space. He splits his time between Texas and New York. He founded and is Managing Partner of the Austin office, chair of the firm’s Global Construction and Infrastructure Disputes practice, chair of the firm’s Contingency Fee Committee, and a member of the firm's Diversity Committee. Previously he served as head of the firm’s Contracts and Business Torts group and the ten-person Policy Committee. With 30 years of experience, he has led teams in hundreds of complex disputes in courts and arbitral tribunals globally, involving oil refineries, chemical plants, power generation, LNG facilities, FPSOs, subway and rail failures, data centers, semiconductor plants, wind farms, solar/battery plants, and office/retail buildings.
