Dr. Dylan Geraets is Counsel in the International Trade department at Mayer Brown in Belgium. He advises on global trade issues including international dispute settlement, trade defence measures, customs rules, trade negotiations, sanctions, and export controls. He represents clients in WTO dispute settlement and before the CJEU. He advises on customs matters, trade remedy investigations, EU sanctions and export control regimes, and EU regulatory issues such as ESG and supply chain due diligence.
