Anna Gouvea is counsel in the São Paulo office of Tauil & Chequer Advogados’ Banking & Finance practice. Her practice focuses on representing financial institutions, multilateral organizations, equity sponsors, private equity houses, and corporate clients on financing transactions, banking regulatory, and related matters, including trade finance, project finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, and out-of-court debt restructurings. She has particular expertise in the financing of energy and infrastructure projects in Brazil. Before joining Tauil & Chequer Advogados in 2011, she worked at Lefosse Advogados in cooperation with Linklaters LLP and Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
